Flat Back Four is the lovechild of many bands, but mainly the following 3...Deterant, Apone, and sparehed 3. Sadly all of these bands are now defunct, however, crawling from the wreckage is Flat Back Four. The experience FB4 can boast is something any band would be proud of. All of the members' previous projects received acclaim at some point and all have worked with many leading musicians, bands, producers; having played (collectively) shows with bands that include Lightyear, Useless ID, Think Tank, Hollywood Ending, 4 Star Mary, The Dead Pets, Anti-product, 3dbs Down, Uncle Brian and many more.
FB4 play all over the world, early 2007 saw a return to Germany. The future's bright, the future's EU dominance!
FB4 have already worked with key figures in the industry, as the recording of the debut EP shows. It was recorded and produced by Joe Gibb @ Mighty Atom. The follow up live mini-album is a fan favourite, and work has recently been completed on the debut LP recorded in Manchester with Tim G. The LP was released on October 24th 2006.
